Did she forget she is a two-timed failed democratic presidential candidate?
During an interview, Hillary Clinton pressed on that President Donald Trump is
“obsessed” with her because he is “an illegitimate president.”
Clinton delivered the comments as she appeared on “CBS Sunday Morning,” where her daughter, Chelsea, joined her.
“My view is that, given the latest revelation, which is such a blatant effort to use his presidential position to advance his personal and political interests, there should be an impeachment inquiry opened,” Clinton suggested. “And I think, sadly, there are a number of grounds. But this one is incredibly troubling.”
Clinton, making remarks that seemed to come close to incitement, continued: “Trump right now poses a direct threat, a clear and present danger to the institutions of our government, to the rule of law, to our standing in the world.”
“Look, there were many funny things that happened in my election that will not happen again,” Clinton added. “And I’m hoping that both the public and press understand the way Trump plays the game … he knows he’s an illegitimate president. I believe he understands that the many varying tactics they used — from voter suppression and voter purging to hacking to the false stories — he knows that there were just a bunch of different reasons why the election turned out like it did.”
“It was like applying for a job and getting 66 million letters of recommendation and losing to a corrupt human tornado. And so, I know that he knows that this wasn’t on the level. I don’t know that we’ll ever know what happened,” Clinton added, “but clearly we know a lot and are learning more every day and history will probably sort it all out, so of course he’s obsessed with me. I believe it’s a guilty conscience in so much as he has a conscience.”

Trump campaign surrogate and CNN contributor Steve Cortes replied by writing on Twitter to Clinton’s remarks: “This kind of talk is so corrosive to our politics. Disagree with Pres Trump’s policies or tactics? Fine. But calling him ‘illegitimate’ represents pure demonization rather than debate …

Former senior official of the White House, Cliff Sims, replied by writing on Twitter to Clinton’s remarks: “Why does the media give Hillary Clinton a pass for saying things like this? Is it not destructive to our democracy for the sore loser of a national election to say — with no justification whatsoever — that her opponent’s victory was illegitimate?”
