According to The Daily Wire, Hall of Fame NFL quarterback Brett Favre lashed out against the increasing politicization of American sports and “cancel culture”.
“I’m glad I’m not playing for a lot of reasons. That’s one. I don’t want to be asked questions after a game that had nothing to do with play,” he said in response to a question about kneeling during the National Anthem.
On cancel culture, he said: “If you like oranges and I don’t, is that wrong? Does that mean I’m supposed to dislike you? You’re either with us or we hate you.” You can read the full story here.
