Here’s what we know…
According to The Blaze, a federal appeals court ruled against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s lockdown restrictions on churches and other places of worship, claiming that it violated the First Amendment of the Constitution.
“It is hard to believe that admitting more than 10 people to a 1,000–seat church or 400-seat synagogue would create a more serious health risk than the many other activities that the State allows,” the court said in their decision.
